# The Adoption Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 1991, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 4(2) of the principal Regulations


Regulation 4(2) of the principal Regulations (exceptions from procedure in determining whether an allowance should be paid) shall be amended as follows—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a)(i) of that regulation for “paragraph (i)” there shall be substituted “paragraph (1)”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (a)(iii) of that regulation for “adopters” there shall be substituted “agency”.
