  "long_title": "Section 57(4) of the Adoption Act 1976 disapplies the prohibition of payments in connection with adoption arrangements where a scheme for payment has been submitted to the Secretary of State by an adoption agency and approved. Section 57(7) provides for subsection (4) to expire on the seventh anniversary of the date on which section 32 of the Children Act 1975 came into force (15th February 1982) unless the Secretary of State repeals subsection (7) prior to the said anniversary.",
