Article 25 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In rule 36–

(a)

for the words “section 24(7)(a) of the 1975 Act” there shall be substituted the words “section 17(7)(a) of the Act”; and

(b)

for the word “Registrar” there shall be substituted the words “District Judge”.
