Article 29 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In rule 42–

(a)

for the words “section 24(8) of the 1975 Act” there shall be substituted the words “section 17(8) of the Act”; and

(b)

for the words “section 7(4) of the 1968 Act” there shall be substituted the words “section 54(4) of the Act”.
