  "text": "In rule 49(1)–\n(a) for the words “section 24 of the 1958 Act” there shall be substituted the words “paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Act”;\n(b) for the words “under section 26 of the 1958 Act (or section 1(1) of the Adoption Act 1960)” there shall be substituted the words “under section 52 of the Act”.",
