Article 37 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In Form 2–

(a)

in paragraph 2, for the words “the parental rights and duties relating to the child and to vest them” there shall be substituted the words “parental responsibility for the child and to vest it”; and

(b)

in paragraph 3, for the words “the parental duties” there shall be substituted the words “his parental responsibility”.
