  "text": "In Form 3–\n(a) in paragraph 3–\n(i) for the words “in the care of” there shall be substituted the words “being looked after by”; and\n(ii) for the words “actual custody” there shall be substituted the word “home”; and\n(b) for the word “Registrar” there shall be substituted, in each place, the words “District Judge”.",
