Article 39 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In Form 4–

(a)

for the words “the parental rights and duties” there shall be substituted the words “parental responsibility”; and

(b)

in note (b), for the words “section 14(7) of the Children Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “section 18(6) of the Act”.
