# The Adoption (Amendment) Rules 1991, Article 4: Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984


(1) In rule 3(1), for the words “the 1958 Act or Part I of the 1975 Act” there shall be substituted the words “the Act”.
(2) In rule 3(2)–
(a) the word “(Revision)” shall be omitted and
(b) for the words from “and a county court respectively” to the end there shall be substituted the words “or a county court under the Act”.
