  "text": "In Form 8–\n(a) in paragraphs 4 and 5, for the words “actual custody” there shall be substituted, in each place, the word “home”;\n(b) for the word “Registrar” there shall be substituted, in each place, the words “District Judge”; and\n(c) the words “the Principal Registry of” shall be omitted.",
