  "text": "In Form 9–\n(a) for the words “In the Matter of the Adoption Act 1968” there shall be substituted the words “In the Matter of the Adoption Act 1976”; and\n(b) for the words “section 6(1) or (2) of the Adoption Act 1968” there shall be substituted the words “section 52(1) or 53(1) of the Adoption Act 1976”;\n(c) in the notes, for the words “section 6(1) or (2) of the Adoption Act 1968” there shall be substituted the words “section 53 of the Act”.",
