Article 5 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In rule 4(1)(b), for the words “the appropriate” there shall be substituted the word “a”.

In rule 4(2), the following shall be substituted for paragraphs (b) to (e):

“(b)

any local authority or voluntary organisation which has parental responsibility for, is looking after, or is caring for, the child;”.
