  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Adoption (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into force on 16th June 1999.\n(2) In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, a rule referred to by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Adoption Rules 1984.",
