  "text": "In rule 52—\n(a) in paragraph (4)—\n(i) after “Registrar General and,” insert “where paragraph (e) applies, to the Central Authority;”; and\n(ii) omit “in the case of a Convention adoption order, shall comply with rule 31;”;\n(b) after paragraph (10) insert—\n“(11) Within 7 days of the making of an order to annul a Convention adoption order or a Convention adoption, the proper officer shall send a copy of the order to the applicant, every respondent, the relevant Central Authority and the Registrar General.”.",
