  "text": "In this rule and in the following rules—\n(a) “the Rules” means the Adoption Rules 1984;\n(b) a rule or Schedule referred to by number means the rule or Schedule so numbered in the Rules; and\n(c) a Form referred to by number means the Form so numbered in Schedule 1 to the Rules.",
