  "text": "In Form 10—\n(a) for paragraphs 2 and 3 substitute—\n“(2 An order that a determination made by an authority of a specified country to authorise or review the authorisation of an adoption order made under any enactment in force in a specified country and corresponding to sections 12(1) and 17 of the Adoption Act 1976 do cease to be valid in Great Britain;)\n(3 An order that a determination made by an authority of a specified country to give or review a decision revoking or annulling an order made under any enactment in force in a specified country and corresponding to sections 12(1) and 17 of Adoption Act 1976 do cease to be valid in Great Britain;)”;\n(b) in the notes to paragraph 1 omit the phrase beginning “; a Convention adoption” and ending “Adoption of Children 1965”; and\n(c) in the notes to paragraphs 2 and 3 omit the first sentence.",
