Article 8 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

For rule 30 substitute—

“30.

The requirements prescribed by regulations 21 and 32 of the Hague Convention Regulations may be established by a document executed by the applicant containing a statement to that effect attested in accordance with rule 44 and such a statement shall be admissible in evidence without further proof of the signature of the applicant.”.
