# The Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Adoption and Children Act 2002.
