# Adoption and Children Act 2002, Paragraph 51


In section 1 (general principle), for paragraph (c) of subsection (3) there is substituted—
“(c) is an adopted person within the meaning of Chapter 4 of Part 1 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002”.
