# Adoption and Children Act 2002, Paragraph 57


In section 12 (residence orders and parental responsibility), in subsection (3)—
(a) paragraph (a) is omitted,
(b) in paragraph (b), for “section 55 of the Act of 1976” there is substituted “ section 84 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 ”.
