# Adoption and Children Act 2002, Paragraph 59


In section 20 (provision of accommodation for children: general), in subsection (9), the “or” at the end of paragraph (a) is omitted and after that paragraph there is inserted—
“(aa) who is a special guardian of the child; or”.
