  "text": "Paragraph 43 of Schedule 3 does not affect the Schedule to the Child Abduction Act 1984 in its application to a child who is the subject of—\n(a) an order under section 18 of the Adoption Act 1976 freeing the child for adoption,\n(b) a pending application for such an order, or\n(c) a pending application for an order under section 12 of that Act.",
