  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may give directions of a general or specific nature to a local authority as to the implementation of adoption support plans.\n(2) A direction under subsection (1) may not require an authority—\n(a) to provide or, as the case may be, continue to provide, or\n(b) withhold provision of,\na particular adoption support service.\n(3) The Scottish Ministers may vary or revoke any direction under subsection (1).",
