  "text": "CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS, WALES\nSOCIAL CARE, WALES\nMade 7 June 2005\nComing into force 30 December 2005\nThe National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 2(6)(b), 9(1)(b) and (3), 10(1), (3) and (4) of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 and sections 22, 25 (1), 34(1), 35(1) and 118(7) of the Care Standards Act 2000 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, having consulted such persons as it considers appropriate, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
