  "text": "(1) The registered person must —\n(a) ensure that all permanent appointments of staff employed for the purposes of the agency are subject to the satisfactory completion of a period of probation; and\n(b) provide all employees with a job description outlining their responsibilities.\n(2) The registered person must ensure that all persons employed by the agency —\n(a) receive appropriate training, supervision and appraisal; and\n(b) are enabled from time to time to gain further qualifications appropriate to the work they perform.",
