  "text": "In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) insert at the appropriate places—\n““looked after child” means a child referred to in section 22(1) of the Children Act 1989;”;\n““statutory adoption leave” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Paternity and Adoption Leave Regulations 2002;”; and\n““statutory adoption pay” means payments payable in accordance with Part 12ZB of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;”.",
