# The Adoptions with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005, Regulation 16: Adoption agency decision and notification

The adoption agency must make a decision about whether the prospective adopter is suitable to adopt a child in accordance with regulation 30B of the Agencies Regulations and regulations made under section 45 of the Act, or corresponding Welsh provisions.
