# The Adoptions with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005, Regulation 34: Annulment of a Convention adoption order or a Convention adoption

Extent: E+W

Where a Convention adoption order or a Convention adoption is annulled under section 89(1) of the Act and the relevant Central Authority receives a copy of the order from the court, it must forward a copy of that order to the CA of the State of origin.
