# The Adoptions with a Foreign Element (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011, Regulation 6: Consequential amendments


(1) The Statutory Paternity Pay (Adoption) and Statutory Adoption Pay (Adoptions from Overseas) (No. 2) Regulations 2003 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation and scope), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant domestic authority” for “Intercountry Adoption (Hague Convention) (Scotland) Regulations” substitute “Adoptions with a Foreign Element (Scotland) Regulations 2009”.
