  "text": "(1) Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the regulations mentioned in paragraph (2) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both.\n(2) The regulations are–\n(a) regulation 26;\n(b) regulation 29(1);\n(c) regulation 30(1)(b);\n(d) regulation 30(3); and\n(e) regulation 36.",
