  "text": "(1) Schedule 4, which contains provisions relating to the continuation of existing powers, shall have effect.\n(2) Schedule 5, which contains minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act, shall have effect.\n(3) The enactments mentioned in schedule 6 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that schedule.",
