  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2003/1901 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS\nMade 27th October 2003\nLaid before Parliament 28th October 2003\nComing into force 17th November 2003\nThe Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to advanced television services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations—",
