# The Advanced Television Services (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
Regulation 3 of the Advanced Television Services Regulations 2003 incorrectly defines “wide-screen television service” by reference to a height-width ratio of 16:9. These Regulations correct this so as to refer to a width-height ratio of 16:9.
