# The Adventure Activities (Enforcing Authority and Licensing Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 3: Amendment of 1996 Regulations


(1) The 1996 Regulations shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 7(1)(a) for “regulation 5(1)(a)” there shall be substituted “regulation 5(1)(a)(i)” and for “regulation 5(1)(b)” there shall be substituted “regulation 5(1)(a)(ii)”.
