Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Adventure Activities (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 9th June 2004.
(2)
In these Regulations, “the 2004 Regulations” means the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 2004f1.
