# The Adventure Activities (Licensing) (Designation) Order 1996, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Adventure Activities (Licensing) (Designation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 16th April 1996.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Activity Centres (Young Persons' Safety) Act 1995.
