# The Adventure Activities (Licensing) (Designation) Order 1996, Article 2: Designation


Tourism Quality Services Limited (being a body nominated by the Health and Safety Commission under section 1(2) of the Act) is hereby designated for the purposes of section 1(1) of the Act.
