# The Adventure Activities (Licensing) (Designation) Order 2007, Article 2: Designation


The Health and Safety Executive (being a person nominated by the Health and Safety Commission under section 1(2) of the Activity Centres (Young Persons’ Safety) Act 1995) is designated for the purposes of section 1(1) of that Act.
