This instrument designates the Health and Safety Executive as the licensing authority for the purposes of the Activity Centres (Young Persons’ Safety) Act 1995 in place of Tourism Quality Services Limited.

A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
