  "text": "HEALTH AND SAFETY\nMade 18th March 1996\nLaid before Parliament 26th March 1996\nComing into force 16th April 1996\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1), (3) and (4), 2(1) and (3) and 3(2) of the Activity Centres (Young Persons' Safety) Act 1995 after consultation with the Health and Safety Commission in accordance with section 3(3) of that Act hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
