Regulation 4 Applications for licences

The licensing authority shall consider an application for a licence where—

(a)

such application is made in a form and manner approved by the authority;

(b)

such application is accompanied by such supporting documentation as the authority reasonably requires; and

(c)

the basic fee required by Schedule 1 to be paid on the application has been paid.
