# The Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 2004, Regulation 18: Annual report


The licensing authority shall as soon as possible after 31st March in each year prepare and submit to the Health and Safety Commission and to the relevant national authority a report on the carrying out of the functions of the authority over the period of twelve months preceding that date.
