Regulation 19 Transitional Provisions

(1)

The provisions of Schedule 1 (Fees) to the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 1996 shall continue to apply in relation to an application for the renewal of a licence referred to in paragraph (2) provided that—

(a)

any fee payable is made before the date of expiry of that licence; and

(b)

the application for renewal is received by the licensing authority before the date of the coming into force of these Regulations.

(2)

Paragraph (1) applies to a licence in respect of which the date of expiry falls on or after the date of the coming into force of these Regulations but on or before the date three months after the date of the coming into force of these Regulations.
