# The Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 2004, Regulation 4: Applications for licences


The licensing authority shall consider an application for a licence where—
(a) the application is made in a form and manner approved by the authority;
(b) the application is accompanied by such supporting documentation as the authority reasonably requires; and
(c) the required fee has been paid.
