  "text": "A licence granted by the licensing authority shall be in writing and shall state—\n(a) the name and address of the licence-holder;\n(b) the facilities for adventure activities which may be provided pursuant to the licence;\n(c) where the licence is issued in respect of a particular activity centre, the address of the centre concerned;\n(d) the date on which the licence will commence and the date on which the licence will expire which shall be no longer than 3 years from the date of its commencement; and\n(e) the conditions subject to which the licence has been granted.",
