  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the provisions of the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regula tions 1987 (“the principal Regulations”) in the following respect.\nRegulation 2 amends the principal Regulations in consequence of the provisions of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991 relating to disability working allowance, which amended the Social Security Act 1986.\nThese amendments come into force on 3rd April 1992.",
