  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1987 by increasing the allowances for dependants in the assessment of disposable capital. The allowance for the first dependant is increased from £200 to £335, for the second from £120 to £200 and for every other dependant from £60 to £100.",
