Article 2 Establishment of the Advisory Committee on Hazardous Substances

A Committee, called the Advisory Committee on Hazardous Substances, is hereby established to give the Secretary of State advice in relation to the exercise of the power to make regulations under section 140 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
