  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nUnder section 73 of the Transport Act 2000, the Civil Aviation Authority may specify the charges in respect of chargeable air services as defined in the Act. The definition of chargeable air services includes air traffic services provided on behalf of the owner or manager of an aerodrome which is designated pursuant to section 77(4) of the Act for the purposes of section 77(3)(b).\nThis Order amends the Schedule to the 2001 Order with the consequence that from 1 April 2008 London Heathrow, London Gatwick and London Stansted are no longer designated aerodromes for the purposes of section 77(3)(b) of the Act.\nAn impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business and the public sector has been produced and a copy placed in the library of both Houses of Parliament. Copies may be obtained from the Department for Transport, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR. Alternatively, copies can be obtained from the OPSI website which is at www.opsi.gov.uk or the Department for Transport’s website which is at www.dft.gov.uk.",
