  "long_title": "Under section 73 of the Transport Act 2000, the Civil Aviation Authority may specify the charges in respect of chargeable air services as defined in the Act. The definition of chargeable air services includes air traffic services provided on behalf of the owner or manager of an aerodrome which is designated pursuant to section 77(4) of the Act for the purposes of section 77(3)(b).",
